1,341 active Canolight products exist in Neon. 1,138 already show structured specs on the storefront (84.9% usable). The remaining 203 show "Specifications available upon request" because supplier_products.specs is empty for them. The blocker isn't extraction, it's matching: a Gemini 2.5 Flash pass over the April 2026 general catalogue (General-Catalogue-Canolight-April-2026.pdf) already produced catalogue-extraction.json on July 6 with 547 structured SKUs, and a separate August staging file magnetic-track-products.json holds 462 magnetic-track records. We just need a small, idempotent loader script that matches these against the un-matched 203 in Neon and writes structured specs back.

💡Key insight: Of the 203 unmatched Canolight products, 117 (57.6%) are exact-SKU matches against the catalogue extraction and 61 more (30.0%) are family/prefix-fuzzy matches against a known parent SKU. That's 178 products (~87%) fillable in hours, not weeks — no Gemini calls, no PDF re-parsing, no website crawl. Only 25 accessory-only SKUs (string-light kits, endcaps, signal repeaters) need a separate follow-up plan.
